Commercial diagnostic / A$15,000

A focused assessment of one important commercial question. Customer Value Modelling establishes where value sits, what puts it at risk and the financial case for action. You receive the findings, the evidence and assumptions, recommended priorities and an executive discussion.

The diagnostic is optional and charged separately. Clients can enter the Foundation Quarter directly.

Foundation Quarter / A$45,000

The first 90 days of the A$120,000 NEO OS relationship. Agree the priorities and success measures, establish the workplan and start with 25 tokens. Your team chooses the agents and when to use them, supported by expert interpretation.

At 90 days, decide whether to stop or continue. Review the work delivered, what your team has used and the next priorities. A decision to stop ends the engagement at the Foundation Quarter.

Continuation / A$75,000 balance

Continuation covers the remaining nine months of the first year. The A$120,000 total includes 100 tokens across the year, including the first 25, quarterly online strategy sessions and continuing interpretation of the outputs.

The optional A$15,000 diagnostic sits outside the A$120,000 fee. All amounts are Australian dollars, excluding GST. The written scope sets out the work, responsibilities and payment terms. Data preparation, audience activation and additional advisory or training have their own agreed scope and charges.
